Can add and view their own incidents. Each disciplinary incident can have one or many infractions.

Assigns actions for each incident (Admin can establish rules to be applied according to the infraction). Can view all incidents for his/her security domain which can include one grade at one campus or an entire campus or the whole school.

Manages/maintains all security, action lists, infraction lists and other school specific rules.
